If you haven't received a confirmation email after signing up, check your email program's spam folder first.

If the email ended up in the spam folder, mark it as “Not spam.” This prevents future emails from the platform from ending up in the spam folder again

If there is no confirmation email in the spam folder, you can have the confirmation email sent to you again. Follow these steps:

1. On the registration page, select the option “Didn't you receive a confirmation email?” off.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account. The confirmation email will be resent to this address

3. Check your inbox again. An email like the one below should arrive in your inbox

After this notification appears, your account has been confirmed.
