How can I register?

To register, click Register in the top right corner of the platform. You can open an account in two ways:

• If you want to sign in via Facebook or Google, select the appropriate box. You'll be redirected to a page where you can log in with your existing account. You can then complete your profile and set a name/pseudonym and an
abbreviation.
• You can also register directly via the platform. Fill out the form and select a name/pseudonym, an abbreviation, a valid e-mail address and a password

The “publicly visible name” and the “abbreviation” appear in your platform profile and next to your suggestions, comments, and contributions that you support. If you want to remain anonymous, you can choose a pseudonym and account name without revealing your real name. However, it is better for the community on the platform if you provide your first name and upload a profile picture. In this way, neighbors can also recognize themselves in the corridor

Please note the following rules when choosing a password:

• Your password must contain at least 10 characters, including a capital letter and a special character (for example “! “or “% “).
• Don't use a standard password (e.g. “1234567890”).

Please note that you must complete and agree to the legal notice to open your account. If you do not agree, no account can be created and the data you entered will not be saved.

Before you can use your account, you must confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the email that will be sent to you after registration. Check your spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation email from the platform. Contact the administrator if you have problems registering

As soon as you are registered, you can log in and participate at any time via “Sign in” on the top right of the platform.
